Welcome to Westside Animal Hospital, your Casper vet in Casper, WY. We are glad you have chosen our veterinarian hospital as your pet’s provider of healthcare services. Before your first visit, please take some time to review our new patient resources. We have included everything you will need to make your pet’s first appointment a convenient experience for you both. If you have any questions or need additional information please contact our office.
Depending on the purpose of your pet’s appointment, we have some forms that may be required. All new patients must complete a New Patient Form to give our team all of the vital information for your pet.
We also have a Boarding Form that is required if your pet will be utilizing our pet boarding services. In addition, if your pet will be dropped off at our animal hospital we need you to complete the Patient Drop Off Form.
You can download and print off these forms so you can fill them out at your convenience. We also have these forms in our office if you do not have access to a printer, but want to review the forms before your visit.
The first visit to our Casper vet will start with a brief meet and greet with our veterinary doctor, technician, and/or assistant. From there we will conduct a health history and physical exam. We recommend that pets get a wellness exam at least once a year, and your first appointment is a great time for this.
When you bring your pet to their first appointment, be sure to note what kind of food they eat, their daily schedule, and any medications they are taking. If your pet needs pet vaccines, spay or neuter surgery, or pet dental care, we will set up the proper schedule for these services.
We require payment or payment methods to be provided for services rendered. Whether you choose to use cash, check, credit, debit, or pet insurance, we accept either of these payment methods.
We look forward to meeting you and your pet during your first visit to our Casper vet. In addition to offering pet wellness exams, we provide pet surgery, senior pet care, and pet boarding, as well as parasite prevention and control. Our veterinarians also offer several advanced services including pet cancer treatment, stem cell therapy, platelet-rich plasma therapy, and nutritional counseling.
